Implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management.
Strong experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience in grievance handling and HR operations.
Must be available for an onsite role in Mohali.
