Job Description

We are looking for

HR Manager

with 3-4 years of experience who possesses strong communication and management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

-- from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Oversee

HR operations

, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records. Handle

employee relations

, grievance management, and conflict resolution. Plan and implement

employee engagement

and retention initiatives. Support the

performance appraisal

process and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Key Skills & Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. 3-4 years of proven experience in HR management. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

. Strong

leadership and team management abilities

. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS). Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
