Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
HR Manager
to lead the Human Resources department in our NABH-accredited hospital. The candidate should have strong HR management skills, knowledge of NABH documentation, and a positive, professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, joining formalities, payroll, and attendance.
Ensure
NABH HR documentation
and compliance as per accreditation standards.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
Organize training programs for all departments as per NABH guidelines.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct performance appraisals and support talent retention initiatives.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and HR strategy.
Maintain compliance with statutory and labor laws.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Hospital Administration, or related field.
5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in a
healthcare or NABH-accredited hospital
.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
