HR Manager

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

Source, screen, and interview candidates for store positions Conduct background verification and manage joining process Implement onboarding programs for new employees
Attendance & Performance Management

Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records Conduct performance reviews and prepare monthly reports Set performance goals and identify training needs
Employee Relations

Handle employee grievances promptly and confidentially Foster positive work environment and maintain team morale Organize engagement initiatives and team meetings
Compliance & Administration

Maintain employee records and personnel files Coordinate payroll processing and manage exit formalities
Requirements

Minimum 1 year HR experience Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
