Role Overview



As our

HR Manager

, you'll work directly with the

Founder

, leading all people-related functions, from hiring top talent to nurturing team engagement and culture. You'll play a vital role in managing a team of

100+ employees

, ensuring that every member of Samvestor feels valued, heard, and motivated.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

end-to-end recruitment

to attract and onboard the right talent. Ensure seamless

onboarding and offboarding

experiences that reflect our culture. Manage

payroll, remuneration, and employee benefits

with precision. Address

employee grievances

empathetically and foster a positive workplace. Oversee daily

HR operations

, attendance, compliance, and documentation. Conduct regular

performance reviews

and drive employee development programs. Update and implement

HR policies

to maintain compliance and efficiency. Build and maintain high team morale while managing a

growing workforce of 100+

. Collaborate with department heads to enhance productivity and engagement.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Human Resources

or a related field.

3-5 years

of proven HR management experience in a fast-paced company. Strong expertise in

onboarding, offboarding, payroll, recruitment, appraisal and operations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of

Indian employment laws

and compliance requirements.

Compensation



?20,000 - ?40,000/month

(based on experience and skill set)
