Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to take charge of people strategy, employee lifecycle, and HR policies. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive and high-performing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Design and manage performance appraisal and employee development frameworks.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Create and oversee training and learning programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, talent management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
