Talent Manager - HR
to join our dynamic team and lead strategic talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
Drive performance management processes and career progression plans.
Collaborate with business heads to forecast talent needs and develop succession plans.
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 9-10 years of experience
in HR, specifically in talent management.
Proven track record in strategic HR planning, recruitment, and employee development.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
