We Are Hiring HR Manager for one of Our Hospital Located in Ludhiana. If you have 2 years of expereince as a HR Manager in Any feild you can apply for this Role. This is a full time time Opportunity in Hospital.

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of the healthcare organization.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for all levels of staff, including nurses, doctors, and administrative personnel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.

Employee Development:

Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

HR Policy and Compliance:

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

HR Data and Analytics:

Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.

Payroll Management:

This includes accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, etc.).

Record Maintenance:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other statutory documents.
Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
