Key Responsibilities: IT Recruitment:
End-to-end
recruitment of IT roles
including Python Developers, AI/ML Engineers, UI/UX Developer, SEO Executive , Bidders , Data Scientist, and other technical profiles.
Source candidates using platforms like
Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed , etc
.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical rounds, and follow through to offer acceptance.
Maintain and update a talent pipeline for critical roles.
HR Generalist Functions:
Handle
employee onboarding and offboarding
processes.
Manage
payroll coordination
and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
Maintain compliance with
labour laws and HR policies
.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Training & Development:
Coordinate
technical and soft skills training programs
.
Evaluate training needs and track participation and effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementation of
KRA/KPI frameworks
and performance review cycles.
Coordinate performance feedback and appraisal processes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Assist in designing
salary structures
, administering benefits, and managing increments.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as the point of contact for employee grievances and queries.
Promote a
positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant
labour laws.
Prepare and maintain periodic HR reports.
Key Skills Required:
3 years of experience in IT recruitment
and generalist HR functions.
Strong sourcing and screening skills on
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed
, and other platforms.
Good understanding of
tech job roles and terminology
.
Knowledge of
HRMS/payroll tools
and statutory compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management
or a related field.
Prior experience in
IT services or tech product companies
is highly preferred.
