Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Resolve complex employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure legal compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
Oversee training and development programs to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with HR software/HRIS.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
