We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven HR Manager to join our Mohali office. This role requires overseeing the entire employee lifecycle within the organization, which includes recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and off-boarding. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
:
Leading the recruitment process by overseeing job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding processes.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Analyzing workforce needs, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for hiring, training, and development.
Guiding managers on performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching employees.
Identifying skills gaps within the organization and creating training programs to address these gaps.
Addressing employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective conflict resolution.
Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinating with legal teams on employment contracts, disputes, and statutory benefits like EPF, ESI, and Gratuity.
Handling employee onboarding and exit formalities (joining, document verification, exit interviews).
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employee.
Managing HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and ensuring data integrity.
Managing payroll operations to ensure timely salary disbursements and accurate tax calculations.
Overseeing the administration of employee records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with labor laws.
Dispute settlements according to labor law & compliance guidelines.
Managing third-party vendors like. Recruitment agencies, training institutes, and legal advisors.
Ensuring a smooth grievance management process and resolving day-to-day HR related queries.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software (Keka) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Strong understanding of employee needs and business goals.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Certification in HR is a plus.
Experience with international HR practices or working in a multinational organization.
