Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process for all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, administration, etc.).
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, resolving employee grievances and conflicts effectively.
Design and deliver training programs to maintain high standards of guest service and staff professionalism.
Oversee employee performance appraisals and career development plans.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and workplace discipline.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and employee benefits administration.
Organize staff welfare activities, team-building events, and employee recognition programs.
Maintain proper employee records and prepare HR reports for management review.
Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting open communication and trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and departmental functions.
Good understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices in the hospitality sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
