We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the core HR functions including payroll management, attendance tracking, employee documentation, and statutory compliance such as ESIC and EPFO registration. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations and regulatory adherence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure compliance with applicable laws related to salary, taxation, and deductions
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for salary disbursement and payslip generation
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor and maintain attendance records through HR software or manual registers
Track leave applications and balances, and ensure leave policies are followed
Generate monthly attendance reports for payroll input
Employee Documentation:
Maintain and update employee records and personal files
Ensure proper documentation during onboarding and exit process
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
Statutory Compliance:
Handle employee registration and compliance under EPFO (Employees' Provident Fund Organization) and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation)
Ensure timely filing of returns and maintenance of records under labor laws
Coordinate with government portals and agencies as required
HR Operations & Support:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Support employee grievance redressal and engagement activities
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR data
