Postion: HR Manager - Payroll and Factory Compliance
:
Timely attendance and payroll
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations, and other employment-related laws.
Manage employee and contractor relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
Payroll related statutory knowledge including PF, ESIC, PT, OT rules
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 5-6 years in HR and factory compliance
Bachelor's degree
Strong team player with a collaborative approach, capable of building positive
relationships across departments.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage
with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
