Job description:
A. Payroll Management:
Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and
statutory requirements.
Maintain payroll records, salary structures, and employee benefits.
Handle salary disbursement, reimbursements, and deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
B. Compliance & Statutory Regulations:
Ensure adherence to labour laws, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain updated knowledge of government policies and amendments in labour laws.
File statutory returns and handle audits related to payroll and labour compliance.
Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities for compliance requirements.
C. Key Requirements:
Education:
Master of social work (MSW), Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in payroll and compliance, preferably in an export house or manufacturing
industry.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Income Tax laws.
Proficiency in payroll software (Tally, SAP, or any HRMS).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred:
Experience working in an export house or textile industry.
Familiarity with labour laws specific to the export sector
