The job involves management of Salary and compensation, HR Policy, Industrial Relations, labour law compliances, Legal department, General Administration work Commercials and Statutory Compliance of Contractors/Vendors of HO and all Branches
Responsibilities
HR & HSE Related:
- Management of timekeeping and Compensation Management
- Recruitment for Ports & Container Terminals
- Budgeting and Costing
- Coordination of Recruitment
- Coordination of Induction and Training
- Performance Appraisal
- Local Liaison with various Labor offices
- General Administration of the Branch
- Management of Transport and Canteen
- Estate Management
Legal & IR Related:
- Overseeing of legal issues of the Company
- Liaison with various Government Authorities
- Negotiation with Unions and Labour Contracts
- Handling all legal matters of the Group
Admin:
- All Admin work of Corporate office
- Insurance Management
- Estate management
Skills Required
- Knowledge of labor laws & Liaisoning with Local authorities & Gov. Bodies
- HR, Payroll and Recruitment Management Software knowledge
- Negotiation with Union & Contractor
- Good Communication Skills: Gujarati, Hindi, English
Computer Proficiency
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Age Limit
Below 45 years, Preferably Male Candidate.
Compensation
Upto Rs 6.50 LPA.
