Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various departments such as counselling, marketing, admissions, and administration.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
Manage employee relations by addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
Plan and execute training, development, and performance management programs to enhance staff skills and overall team efficiency.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, attendance tracking, and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll processes, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Support management in strategic HR planning, workforce forecasting, and organizational development initiatives.
Organize staff engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communications to strengthen company culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Prior experience in HR is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people-management skills are also encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
Basic understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and documentation--you can also learn on the job.
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to adapt to HR software/tools.
Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.
