Handle new employee documentation, induction, and orientation sessions.
Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
Exit Formalities
Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.
Prepare full & final settlements and feedback reports.
Training & Development
Provide basic HR training to staff.
Coordinate and arrange inter-departmental training programs.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training needs.
HR Policy & Compliance
Draft, update, and implement HR policies in line with company goals.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
Performance Management
Prepare and maintain
KRAs (Key Result Areas)
for all current staff.
Review and evaluate employee performance periodically.
Share feedback with department heads and employees for improvement.
HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain employee records and HR dashboards.
Prepare HR presentations for management reviews.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
