We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations with strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Labour Law compliances and ensure adherence to statutory requirements

Manage PF & ESIC registrations, monthly challans, returns, and reconciliations

Prepare and process salary, payroll coordination, and compliance-related documentation

Handle challan generation, filing, and statutory submissions on time

Manage employee records, attendance, and statutory audits

Coordinate with consultants and government departments when required

Address employee queries related to PF, ESIC, salary, and compliance

Ensure timely renewal of licenses and statutory registers
