Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & onboarding Attendance, payroll coordination & HR documentation Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws) Employee engagement & grievance handling Performance appraisal support HR policies & MIS reporting

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred 5-8 years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)

Skills:

Good communication, labor law knowledge, MS Excel, HR coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
