The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and HR policy development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
3. Performance Management
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Support managers with goal-setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
Identify high-potential employees and succession planning needs.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations, health & safety standards, and internal controls.
Manage HR documentation and records.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain HRIS data and generate reports for leadership.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, time-to-hire, engagement, etc.).
Optimize HR processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-7 years of HR experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
