Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws).
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary procedures.
Drive training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
7-10 years in HR, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector.
Education:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to join immediately.
