Job Title: HR Manager(Male )

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in manufacturing HR operations and labour law compliance. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions for a workforce of around 100 employees, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Administration
Handle all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and employee records.
Maintain HR documentation, personal files, and statutory registers.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and shift scheduling.
2. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws such as:
Factories Act, 1948
EPF & MP Act, 1952
ESI Act, 1948
Payment of Wages Act, 1936
Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
Minimum Wages Act, 1948
Gratuity Act, 1972
Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
Shops & Establishment Act / Contract Labour Act
File all statutory returns and maintain liaison with government authorities.
Manage factory licences, labour inspections, and audits.
3. Recruitment & Employee Relations
Oversee hiring for staff and workers as per manpower requirements.
Conduct employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee communication.
4. Payroll & Attendance Management
Manage end-to-end payroll process, including overtime, leaves, and shift attendance.
Ensure accurate deductions and contributions for PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory heads.
Prepare monthly MIS and HR dashboards.
5. Training & Performance Management
Identify training needs and conduct employee development programs.
Support performance evaluation and appraisal cycles.
Implement reward and recognition programs to encourage productivity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of factory HR operations and labour law compliance.
Experience with statutory audits, inspections, and documentation.
Team Handling: Must have managed HR functions for 100+ employees.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, HRMS software, and payroll systems.
Language: Fluency in English and Hindi.
