Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Handle employee life cycle management - joining formalities, documentation, exit process.
Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records in coordination with accounts.
Implement HR policies, ensure statutory compliance, and update records.
Conduct performance appraisals, manage increments, and address employee queries.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
Act as a point of contact between employees and management, ensuring open communication.
Requirements
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
2-4 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive matters with confidentiality.
