Job Description

real estate HR Manager oversees all human resources functions within a real estate company, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and HR policy implementation. The manager also focuses on employee engagement, retention, and career growth, while contributing to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to hiring, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.

Performance Management:

Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.

Training and Development:

Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and supporting career development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

Addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering positive employee relations.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Compensation and Benefits:

Managing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.

HR Strategy and Policy:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

HR Operations:

Managing HRIS, payroll, employee data, and other HR administrative tasks.

Employee Engagement:

Implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generating HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Strategic Guidance:

Providing HR guidance to senior management and acting as a strategic partner in business planning.
