We are seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our team and support our human resources department in various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing administrative support to HR personnel. Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding record-keeping and data confidentiality.
  • Generate reports as needed for HR analytics and reporting purposes.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and reference checks.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with new hire paperwork.
  • Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating offboarding procedures.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
  • HR Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining HR-related databases.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
