The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and providing administrative support to HR personnel. Key Responsibilities:
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding record-keeping and data confidentiality.
Generate reports as needed for HR analytics and reporting purposes.
Recruitment Support:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and reference checks.
Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with new hire paperwork.
Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating offboarding procedures.
Benefits Administration:
Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
HR Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining HR-related databases.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of HRIS systems and software preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
