Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions and posting openings to screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
Employee Relations and Culture:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee-related inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances fairly and confidentially.
Design and implement programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and well-being.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Policy and Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures, including the employee handbook.
Ensure all HR practices, from hiring to termination, are in full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data privacy and security.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage and process payroll in collaboration with the finance department.
Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation.
