Job Description

The HR Manager will lead and manage the overall human resource operations, policies, and procedures of the company. This role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract skilled candidates. Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & selection. Conduct onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new employees. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Maintain a positive work environment and address employee queries & grievances. Plan and implement employee motivation, welfare, and engagement activities. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team communication sessions.

3. Performance Management



Implement appraisal systems and KPI/OKR-based performance evaluation. Support managers in handling performance improvement plans (PIP). Track employee productivity and provide improvement suggestions.

4. HR Policies & Compliance



Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and SOPs. Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and company standards. Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, PF/ESI, payroll standards, and workplace safety regulations.

5. Payroll & Attendance



Manage attendance systems, leave administration, and payroll coordination. Verify salary structure, deductions, and reimbursements. Collaborate with finance for timely salary disbursements.

6. Training & Development



Identify skill gaps and plan training / upskilling programs. Arrange workshops for leadership, communication, and professional development. Maintain training reports and feedback analytics.

7. Strategic HR & Business Support



Prepare HR reports for management review and decision-making. Support business strategy with workforce planning and organizational development. Maintain confidentiality and protect company data and employee records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
