Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage employee attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll processing. Maintain employee database and ensure compliance with HR policies. Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. Support day-to-day HR operations and grievance handling. Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management for workforce planning.

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge of

attendance and payroll systems

. Good understanding of

HR operations and compliance

. Proficient in MS Excel and HR software. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualification:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years in HR operations and payroll management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
