The Head - HR will lead the Human Resources function for Exim Logistics Pvt. Ltd. by developing and executing HR strategies that support organizational goals. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, statutory compliance, and driving a positive work culture across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes aligned with business objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Lead HR team to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.
Talent Acquisition & Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees across all departments.
Implement talent retention strategies and succession planning.
Manage workforce allocation to meet operational needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Build and maintain healthy employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
Design and execute employee engagement programs to improve morale and productivity.
Promote a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Align individual KPIs with organizational goals.
Provide guidance to managers for effective team management.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and design training interventions.
Develop leadership and capability-building programs.
Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle payroll inputs, attendance systems, and HR documentation.
Oversee disciplinary processes in line with legal and organizational guidelines.
