Employee Life Cycle Service Delivery


The Incumbent will drive all the assigned HR Employee lifecycle service delivery starting from recruitment, induction, new employee orientation, payroll, compliance, performance management, training and development, employee connect, and exit processes from the standpoint of corporate human resources for 2050 Health care

Employee Productivity & Discipline


The incumbent will be accountable for driving attendance and working hour discipline, communicating such policies and programs to unit leaders and employees to drive the employee productivity and efficiency message. She will combine the messaging with active on-ground presence and monitoring as required from time to time. She will actively drive the ongoing message and orientation on Job clarity, KRA, and KPI of all personnel of IIG EDUHEALTH.

Talent Acquisition


The role incumbent will drive end-to-end corporate talent acquisition activities starting from manpower planning, approval, sourcing, and offer process. He /She will be a key stakeholder in the quality of new hires and ensure all quality and process parameters are adhered to in the recruitment process. The incumbent will drive talent requirement discussions with unit leadership and hiring managers.

Compensation & Benefits


The incumbent will work with the Group Human Resource Head on C &B in terms of salary review Calendar, planning, survey, and all activities pertaining to the Annual Salary Survey.

Performance Management


The incumbent will be part of the roll-out of the Performance Appraisal Process in 2050 Healthcare. She will assist the Group HR Head and Chief Business Officer in rolling out the performance appraisal and reward process in 2050 Healthcare across regions. She will be assisted by the regional HR personnel in this Endeavor.

Culture & Engagement


The incumbent will work with the unit and Organizational leadership and the Corporate Human resource team to work on areas of engagement drivers and cultural impact for the respective regions in 2050 Healthcare .

Training & Development


The incumbent will work on understanding and defining the training needs of personnel of 2050 Healthcare at various levels and will work with Business leadership and Group HR Head to put together .

HR Projects


The incumbent will be part of all HR projects that are run from time to time in the Corporate Human Resource Team which impacts 2050 Healthcare.

Communication & Collaboration


This role is a critical link in the work collaboration between the regional HR personnel on the ground in various regions and the Group Human Resource Function and leadership of 2050 Healthcare. The incumbent is expected to be sensitive to Organizational communication and also develop close working relationships with all key stakeholders.
