The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization attracts, develops, motivates, and retains the best talent while fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Monitor and manage performance appraisal systems to drive a culture of accountability and growth.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
Promote workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Support management and staff through effective communication and guidance.
Maintain HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (5+ years).
Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
