Job Description

*Desired Profile:*

  • Employee life cycle management
  • Managing Statutory compliances
  • Should be well versed with Factories Act, Contract Labor Act / PF/ESI/ Workmen Compensation Act etc.
  • Responsible for payroll and attendance functions.
  • Handling the disciplinary, performance related cases.
  • Counselling the employees and business on HR policies,
  • Responsible for the Updation of employee data, Movement & mapping in HRMS system. (Success factor)
  • Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
  • Grievance handling.
  • Exit formalities.
  • Liaisoning with Local Government authorities.
  • Should have team handling experience
