Hr Manager Operation & Statutory Compliance

Job Description
*Desired Profile:*
- Employee life cycle management
- Managing Statutory compliances
- Should be well versed with Factories Act, Contract Labor Act / PF/ESI/ Workmen Compensation Act etc.
- Responsible for payroll and attendance functions.
- Handling the disciplinary, performance related cases.
- Counselling the employees and business on HR policies,
- Responsible for the Updation of employee data, Movement & mapping in HRMS system. (Success factor)
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Grievance handling.
- Exit formalities.
- Liaisoning with Local Government authorities.
- Should have team handling experience
