We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our organisation's HR functions. Duties
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
Manage recruitment processes using HRIS, ATS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft systems to attract top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, training programmes, and performance management initiatives.
Supervise HR team members and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends related to workforce planning, retention, and engagement metrics.
Lead employee relations efforts, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to senior management and staff.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all organisational operations.
Manage HRIS systems such as Workday for payroll, benefits administration, and personnel data management.
Skills
Proven management experience within human resources, including supervising teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of human resources principles, employment legislation, and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, and other ATS tools such as Taleo.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic decisions.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
