Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare job descriptions and post on job portals.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Conduct background verification and reference checks.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave management.
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warnings, etc.).
Assist in payroll coordination with the finance department.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Plan employee engagement programs, activities, and events.
Handle employee grievances and provide conflict-resolution support.
Conduct onboarding/orientation programs and ensure smooth induction.
Maintain a positive and professional workplace culture.
Performance Management
Assist in setting performance KPIs and evaluation systems.
Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
Track employee performance and provide timely feedback and support.
Policy & Process Management
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and ethical practices.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles (HR Manager).
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and basic labor laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and online recruitment platforms.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
