Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of the company.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to find passive candidates.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions, including conducting initial phone screens.
Manage posting of job openings at college career services, conduct campus recruiting, and work with agencies and external recruiters.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing strategies.
Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Help plan and coordinate the company's internship program.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within the company's mission and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Experience in negotiation, interviewing, and selection processes.
