Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, policy development and implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will also be involved in talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and HR compliance. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
