Requirements Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and teamwork HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labour laws Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure company compliance Conflict Resolution: Mediate conflicts between employees and provide guidance on resolving disputes Act as a neutral and trusted resource for conflict resolution Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs Legal Compliance: Stay informed about Indian labour laws and ensure the company\'s HR practices comply with them Handle legal and regulatory matters related to employment issues Qualifications: Master\'s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the Fintech or IT industry In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Familiarity with HR software and systems Benefits Benefits: Competitive salary 25 days annual leave Gratuity Medical Insurance Sociable and supportive company Hybrid working (1 day from home)
