Amplifi Capital are one of the top 10 lenders in the UK unsecured personal loans market. Through our innovative work we have grown our new customer volumes by 5 folds in just the last two years alone. Aiming to increase that number even further as we progress.

By the end of 2023 we are on course to be the biggest name in the UK credit union market. We at Amplifi Capital want to go beyond that, aiming to be the biggest player in the UK personal loan market for the near prime segment. Requirements

Talent Acquisition:

\xc2\xb7 Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Employee Relations:

\xc2\xb7 Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a healthy workplace culture.

\xc2\xb7 Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and teamwork.

HR Policies and Compliance:

\xc2\xb7 Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indian labour laws.

\xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure company compliance.

Conflict Resolution:

\xc2\xb7 Mediate conflicts between employees and provide guidance on resolving disputes.

\xc2\xb7 Act as a neutral and trusted resource for conflict resolution.

Training and Development:

\xc2\xb7 Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

Legal Compliance:

\xc2\xb7 Stay informed about Indian labour laws and ensure the company\'s HR practices comply with them.

\xc2\xb7 Handle legal and regulatory matters related to employment issues.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in the Fintech or IT industry.

\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with HR software and systems.
