We are looking for HR Manager Job Summery:-

• We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR department of our organization.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Profile: HR Manager. / Responsibilities:-

• Formulate quarterly plans and targets with the Directors.
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow sales and help the company expand.
• Create opportunities with Luxury Brands currently not present in our portfolio.
• Identify and implement strategies to approach and develop long term collaborations with Architects/Interior Designers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion of sales queries into actual orders.
• Manage a team of Interior Designers/Architects for delivering the drawings and quotations for sales queries.
• Handle end to end client liaison for projects assigned to you.
• Work with creative consultants and Directors to improve brand communication.

Location: Sec - 127, Noida. Salary:- Upto 25K (PM) Requirements:-

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in a HR management role, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives to completion.
