This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to work at India's Largest Bargain Hunting Site, FreeKaaMaal.com.We are looking for dynamic HR Manager to join our HRD team. As an HR Manager you would be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle from hiring the best talent to their onboarding to exit, also he/she would be responsible for providing full operational support in the day to day-to-day running of the HR department.Primary responsibilities associated with this position include:-Ascertaining manpower requirements and screening and shortlisting resumes through job portals for sourcing quality candidates within the least time.-Conducting preliminary interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates;-maintaining a tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidates and other activities.-Negotiating salaries, generating offer letters and managing post offer documentation.-Keep the employee files and other HR documentation up to date.-Maintaining leave and attendance records and processing salaries of employees.-Ensure legal compliance of HR as per applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures as required
Conducting various employee relation activities to maintain an interesting and cordial work environment.Skills Required:

• Bachelors & Masters degree in HR, or a related field
• Proven work experience of minimum 2 years into HR Generalist role
• Strong understanding and experience into HR concepts
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
