Key Responsibilities
Manage complete
HR operations lifecycle
including onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and exit formalities
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities
to improve morale, retention, and workplace culture
Handle
employee grievances
, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with
Indian labour laws
, statutory regulations, and company policies
Manage and process
payroll operations
accurately and on time
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, leave management, and attendance
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation
Coordinate with management on HR policies, performance management, and audits
Act as a point of contact for employees during night shift operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-9 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist
Strong knowledge of
employee engagement and grievance handling
In-depth understanding of
Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Strong payroll knowledge
with hands-on experience
Experience with
Zoho Payroll
is a strong plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Attributes
Experience working in night shift / US process environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
