• Role Specification or Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic Human Resource Management Approach at every stage of attraction, retention and managing separation of talent.
• Training and Performance Management of our team.
• Processing Leaves and Employee Requests, recording and updating the management on time if you foresee any disengagement of the workforce.
• Employee Engagement, Retention, Well-being and Motivation
• Campaigns to attract the right talent to the Company, building the right EVP to attract and retain a workforce that aligns with the Company goals, values and culture
• HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations through audits and drafting company policies.
