Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and oversee the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company\'s values and goals.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, working towards resolutions that promote a harmonious work environment.
Organizational Development:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs within the real estate team.
Design and implement programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees in the real estate sector.
Performance Management:
Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes specifically tailored to the real estate industry.
Work closely with managers to ensure fair and objective evaluations and facilitate career development conversations.
Compliance:
