Designation: HR ManagerLocation: Talegoan Dindori NashikQualification: MBA HRExperience: 7 to 9 Years as HR ManagerSalary: 40000/- to 50000/- PMJob Duties:Recruitment, Selection & Manpower Planning- Preparing job description for every position.- Organizing recruitment process.- Creating resume database.- Maintaining the record of recruitment as well as resignation details. Conducting exit interviews & managing full & final settlements as per the SLA.- Facilitate the hiring, on-boarding and capability development of the employees to support the medium-term business plan- Observing & communicating attrition rate to management if required.- HR Budgeting and succession planningHR Policy- Setting up HR policy and framework for entire organization- Implement & effectively communicate HR Policies, ensure complianceHR Operations- Responsible for time and attendance enrollment, leave management- Taking care of on time processing of the payroll.- Be a strong custodian of statutory requirementsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
