Job Description

Role and Responsibility:



Recruitment & Staffing (Specialist)



Manage end-to-end recruitment process for marketing, retail and management positions.

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

Conduct interviews, reference checks, and ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

Maintain a recruitment database and develop a strong candidate pipeline.

Administration & HR Operations



oversee

strong

office administration including transport and house keeping, maintanence.

Oversee

strong

general HR administration, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.

Maintain statutory compliance related to labor laws, PF, ESI, and factory rules.

Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Ensure proper documentation and HR reporting..

Employee Relations & Welfare



Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a professional manner.

Promote a positive and productive work environment.

Manage welfare activities, safety compliance, and employee engagement programs.

Performance & Training



Monitor staff performance and coordinate with department heads on appraisal processes.

Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
