Driving the recruitment strategies for the QSR
Must have relevant experience, knowledge and understanding of QSR / Hotel / Hospitality / Kitchen staff & manpower hiring.
Responsible for hiring process (staff for - Chefs / Cooks / Trainees / Interns / Apprentice and Kitchen staff in bulk.
Interacting with various stakeholders
Weekly & Monthly MIS reports
Administering appropriate company assessments
Understanding of job portals & managing responses.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Advertising & Social networking.
Design and update job descriptions
Driving and Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portal, professional platforms)
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Participate in job fairs, Campus Hiring and host in-house recruitment events
As the role expands the HR Manager will be responsible for the HR-Operations also.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have proficiency in handling QSR recruitments at large.
Should be well versed in handling and dealing with stakeholders.
Should have hands-on experience in data analysis & should be proficient in MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
