We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee management, payroll, HR operations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle HR functions independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Handle full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection).
Conduct onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Employee Relations
Manage employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Performance Management
Assist in appraisal processes and goal setting.
Track employee performance and provide feedback support.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
2-5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMS tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
