Role Overview:


The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and policy implementation. The role involves ensuring smooth HR operations to support the company's focus on research assistance, academic support, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Research Analysts, Business Development Executives, Telecallers, Admin staff, and Journal Editors. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and oversee onboarding and exit formalities. Monitor employee performance and support managers in conducting appraisals. Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner. Plan training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention activities. Coordinate with management for workforce planning and resource allocation.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or related field. 3-7 years of HR experience, preferably in education, research, or service-based companies. Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and recruitment practices. Good communication, problem-solving, and people management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
