Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, and team evaluation. The role also involves managing employee engagement, events, and ensuring smooth people management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment process

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Design and conduct

training & development programs

to enhance employee skills. Implement and oversee

performance management systems

to track individual and team performance. Monitor and evaluate team output and provide feedback for improvement. Support managers in extracting performance data and aligning it with organizational goals. Handle

employee engagement activities

and coordinate company events. Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee relations effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in HR management. Strong skills in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Excellent people-handling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple HR functions and ensure smooth workflow.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
